Florian Muller’s journey began in Berlin, where his international upbringing and early love for technology shaped his path. He studied business in Germany with international experiences in Canada and Mexico, combining his interests in culture and innovation. While still a student, he interned at several top firms before finding his home at Bain. Later, Florian pursued a PhD while traveling and studying abroad, a reflection of his commitment to lifelong learning and global perspective.
At Bain, Florian transitioned from general consulting to a focus on technology and AI, long before these areas became widely adopted. A key turning point came through a collaboration with a tech-focused client, which deepened his passion for AI and machine learning. Now leading Bain’s AI, Insights, and Solutions practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Florian emphasizes integrating technical and business talent to solve complex problems and drive lasting impact. His leadership is helping clients scale AI capabilities across industries by combining strategic focus, the right technology, and a deep investment in people and outcomes.
